Biba Design Jewelry is available through our e-commerce website. Your purchases in connection with this website are secure, confidential and are backed by our full service pledge. We strive to provide you with outstanding products, service and customer care at all times.
 
Gift Wrap
All Biba Design Website purchases arrive in the signature white box, tied with a grey satin ribbon. During the holiday season, a red satin ribbon is used instead. At checkout you will have the option of writing a gift message for each item in your order. Gift cards, with envelope, arrive in the gift box with your order.
Privacy
This Website does not collect personally identifiable information. We do not sell or purchase personal customer information.
Payment
Credit card payments only. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express credit cards. All orders, including special orders, are invoiced once your order is placed. Special or Custom Orders may not be returned, cancelled or exchanged.
Currency
All prices indicated on this site are in US dollars.
Transaction Completed
A transaction is completed once your credit card information has been submitted. As long as you have not submitted your credit card information, it is possible to cancel a transaction, remove or add items to your cart, or exit the online store without processing the order.
Safe Transactions
Online transactions are completed in a most secure environment on this site. The latest in data-encryption technologies are used on this site to ensure the confidentiality of all transactions. The SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol that we use is also being deployed by some of the best transactional systems currently in use.

Shipping & Returns
Shipping Policy
Please confirm your shipping address, email address and phone number in case we need to contact you. Check emails after you have placed your order for confirmation, tracking number and any updated information. Items are generally shipped out within 5 working days after payment has been verified (Sat. & Sun. and most national holidays excluded). If your item is not available to be shipped within 5 working days, an associate will notify you via the
telephone number you provided at checkout. Currently we are only able to accept online orders to shipping addresses within the United States.

Biba Design may not be held responsible for shipping delays of any kind. All delivery dates provided are approximate and in no way constitute a promise of delivery upon said dates. No discount, return, or any other form of compensation will be provided to any client for late deliveries or for deliveries on a date other than the one estimated at the time of order.
Cancel Order Policy
If you want to cancel your order, please contact our customer support, within 24 hours of your order, at customersupport@biba-design.com. Cancellation requests received after 24 hours of placing your order may be treated in accordance with our Return policy.
Return Policy
If you want to return your item, please contact our customer support team, within 5 days of receiving your order, at customersupport@biba-design.com. Please provide your name and order ID when contacting us.

All return products must be in their original condition, not worn or altered, in the original packaging. Place original packaging in a return envelope and send via trackable method, such as US Mail Delivery Confirmation, UPS, or Federal Express. We are not responsible for a package lost in transit. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Your payment will be refunded following receipt of returned items.
Exchange Policy
If you want to exchange your item, select a different size or select a different color, please contact our customer support team, within 5 days of receiving your order, at customersupport@biba-design.com. Please provide your name and order ID when contacting us.

All exchange products must be in their original condition, not worn or altered, in the original packaging. Place original packaging in a return envelope and send via trackable method, such as US Mail Delivery Confirmation, UPS, or Federal Express. We are not responsible for a package lost in transit. Customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Your payment will be adjusted for differences in price, following receipt of items to be exchanged.
Special or Custom Orders
No refunds, exchanges or store credit will be provided for Special or Custom Orders.
Purchases Made Through our Network of Fine Jewelry Retailers
Biba Design Jewelry is available through independent fine jewelry retailers. Any customer service, returns or exchanges for items purchased at a fine jewelry retailer can only be made through the individual retailer.
